SWAT: At least 5 people including a child were killed, while one person was injured during various incidents in Swat district.
According to SHO Khwazakhela Hayat Khan, two motorcycles collided at Babu area of Khwazakhela Tehsil on Shangla road due to high speed. As a result, three people, including Umar Syed, Bashir Ahmad and Najeebullah, were died while a motorcyclist was injured.
The dead bodies and the injured have been shifted to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital KhwazaKhela.
The slaughtered body of a twenty-six-year-old youth was found on the banks of the Swat River in Fatehpur area of KhwazaKhela Tehsil. According to the police, Hazrat Hussain son of Rahm Dil was killed by unknown persons and his body was dumped in the Swat River.
The police reached the spot and shifted the body to Khwazakhela Hospital for post-mortem and started the investigation after filing a preliminary report.
A Seven-year-old boy was shot dead while playing with a pistol in the Sinpora area of Matta Tehsil. According to the SHO Matta police station Bakht Zada , Mustafa son of Nasib Gul was playing with his father’s loaded pistol in the house when suddenly the shot went off and he died after being hit on the face.The police have registered a case against the child’s father for negligence and started an investigation.
