New Bus to Support 30 Additional Students

The new school bus is expected to enable an additional 30 students to access quality education, vocational training and specialized therapeutic services at the IBP school.

The bus will provide safe and reliable door-to-door transportation for students facing psychological and physical challenges. Many of these students currently experience difficulties accessing education because of lengthy and complicated travel arrangements.

The initiative is also expected to benefit their families by allowing parents and caregivers to pursue socio-economic opportunities while their children are attending school.

Japan Highlights Long-Term Social Benefits

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Consul General HATTORI Masaru expressed hope that the GGP assistance would generate substantial social benefits and contribute to long-term economic development through support for the IBP School of Special Education.

The Government of Japan said it would continue providing flexible and timely assistance to local NGOs through grant programmes aimed at improving the social wellbeing of people in Pakistan.
