In a significant development in the case of alleged domestic violence against actress Nargis, her husband Majid Bashir has challenged the validity of her medical report.
The Lahore Cantt Kacheri has ordered the formation of a medical board to review the injuries sustained by the complainant, Nargis. The court stated that the board should examine the actress’s wounds, as the petitioner has labeled the medical report as bogus.
However, the actress’s lawyer argued that the medical examination was conducted according to legal procedures and rules.
It is noteworthy that a few days ago, actress Nargis was allegedly subjected to violence by her husband, Inspector Majid Bashir, in the Defence area of Lahore.
