Pakistani actor Arslan Butt has strongly rejected harassment allegations made by fellow actress Mamia Shah Jaffar, saying the claims are “baseless” and inconsistent with legal procedure.

Speaking in a recent podcast, Arslan Butt questioned the timing of the allegations, asking why the issue was raised four years after the alleged incident. He stated that if any serious misconduct had actually occurred, it should have been reported immediately to the relevant authorities.

The actor confirmed that the matter is now sub judice and being handled through legal channels. He added that he has already filed a complaint with the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and also initiated a defamation case to protect his reputation.

Arslan Butt emphasized that harassment allegations are extremely serious, but insisted that due process must be followed. He said he will present his case in court and allow the legal system to decide the matter.

He further maintained that false or delayed accusations can damage a person’s professional and personal reputation, and reiterated that he is fully relying on the court to determine the truth
