PESHAWAR: Police have arrested a constable diagnosed as the important thing facilitator of the suicide attack that killed at least 86 police officials within the Police Lines vicinity of Peshawar in January 2023, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Inspector General (IG) Akhtar Hayat Gandapur stated.
