The women need to avoid cooking new dish till finishing the curried prepared earlier. May women are habitual of freezing the additional curry which is not good for health. The freezed food keeps lying and is thrown away later. This food should be donated to needy people as it will bring blessings on your family and prevents food of being wasted.
But sometimes, if the left over curry is used by the family itself, the faces of children swell and with tears in eyes say:
“We have eaten the same recipe yesterday and today same is being given to us for eating.”
In such cases, the women can prepare the curry parathas or, if there is bread leftover on night or afternoon, make sandwiches with it.
You can prepare parathas from any type of curry. First, drain the oil well and then mash it well if there is any potato vegetable. If the children are a little elder, add a little salt and pepper, otherwise leave it.
Make two small-sized pitas, and roll out small rotis. Now, add curry mixture to one roti, put the other roti on top, press the edges and stick it. Now roll it out a little more and fry it on a tawa until golden brown on both sides. Delicious curry parathas are ready.
For preparing a sandwich, cut the bread in half, that is, grind it into two pieces of round bread. Now spray a little water and mash it. Apply curry on one half of the piece. And press the other side on this piece. Now apply butter or oil on a hot tawa and place the curry slice on the tawa, press it a little with the help of a spatula, fry it on both sides and serve it to the children with ketchup or mayonnaise.
