TCL announces 10-year compressor, 5-year parts warranty for air conditioners in Pakistan

LAHORE, Feb 25, 2026 — TCL has introduced an extended warranty programme for its air conditioner range in Pakistan, offering a 10-year compressor warranty and five years’ coverage on major components.

The updated policy applies to TCL’s complete AC lineup nationwide. According to the company, the five-year warranty covers key parts including the evaporator, condenser, gas leakage, PCB kit and other essential components.

The move is aimed at strengthening long-term product support and customer confidence, particularly ahead of Pakistan’s peak summer season.

Coverage across popular models

The extended warranty includes TCL’s FreshIN, newly launched SaveIN and T3 Pro series, among other models. Company officials said the initiative reflects a focus on product durability and performance suited to Pakistan’s climate conditions.

In addition to the warranty coverage, TCL is offering free installation in 40 cities across the country. The service is available in major urban centres including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Multan, Gujranwala and Peshawar.

The company stated that the expanded warranty and installation support are part of broader efforts to enhance after-sales service and customer experience.
