ISLAMABAD: Kingdom Valley Society Rawalpindi Managing Director Ghulam Murtaza invited Toba Super League Chairman Mehr Atta ur Rehman to the Kingdom Valley Head Office in Islamabad, where he presented him with a five-marla plot in recognition of the successful organisation of the Toba Super League cricket tournament in Pind Dadan Khan/Jhelum.
Murtaza praised Mehr Atta ur Rehman for organising the tournament and acknowledged his role in making the event a success.
On the occasion, Mehr Atta ur Rehman presented special Toba Super League cricket shirts to Kingdom Valley Managing Director Ghulam Murtaza and MZ Marketing Chairman Mohsin Zahoor.
Speaking at the gathering, Ghulam Murtaza said preparations were underway to organise what he described as the biggest cricket tournament in Islamabad’s history, with Mehr Atta ur Rehman serving as Chief Patron.
He said Kingdom Valley would continue extending all possible support for the promotion of sports and for encouraging young people to take part in positive activities.
MZ Marketing Chairman Mohsin Zahoor, who was also present, said major sports festivals would be organised for young people, giving them opportunities to demonstrate their abilities and make a name for themselves both in Pakistan and internationally.
At the conclusion of the event, Mehr Atta ur Rehman thanked Ghulam Murtaza and Mohsin Zahoor for their support and encouragement in organising the Toba Super League.
He said their contribution to the tournament was highly commendable and reaffirmed his commitment to continuing efforts aimed at promoting sports among young people.
