He added that peaceful political engagement remains the most effective and legitimate path for securing public rights.
Allama Hisham Elahi Zaheer said Jamiat Ahle Hadith Pakistan rejects all forms of armed politics and violent conduct. He warned that provocative actions and mob mobilisation contribute to instability, uncertainty, and social unrest.
Calls For Responsible Leadership
The religious leader urged the Joint Action Committee’s leadership to demonstrate responsibility and restraint, advising against actions that could further escalate tensions.

Comments On Kashmir And National Unity
Allama Hisham Elahi Zaheer said the Kashmir issue is rooted in the right to self-determination and the aspirations of the Kashmiri people. However, he cautioned that violent and provocative actions could undermine those objectives and weaken efforts to advance the cause.
He also said anti-Pakistan slogans or sentiments should not be encouraged, describing the relationship between Pakistan and Kashmir as one based on shared history, emotional bonds, and sacrifices.
Emphasis On Constitutional Rights
The Jamiat Ahle Hadith chief said national security, stability, and unity are collective responsibilities that require cooperation from all segments of society.
