ISLAMABAD, August 10, 2026: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has reclaimed 132 kanals of land in Sector G-15/3 during a four-day anti-encroachment operation, the authority said on Monday.
FGEHA also said it has taken possession of land linked to all Built-Up Property (BUP) cases in the sector as part of efforts to clear encroachments and remove obstacles to development.
The operation was carried out under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner and Land Acquisition Collector Almas Sabeeh Saqib and Director Land and Enforcement Saad Bin Asad, with support from relevant departments and FGEHA teams.

According to the authority, anti-encroachment activity continued in G-15/3 on Monday as part of the wider land-reclamation drive.
FGEHA said the operation was launched to protect government land and safeguard the rights of allottees and affected persons in the housing scheme.
Earlier, allotment letters and related documents for reclaimed land were distributed among 38 affectees at a ceremony attended by Member National Assembly Anjum Aqeel Khan.
Almas Sabeeh Saqib said the reclamation of land in G-15/3 was an important step towards protecting the interests of allottees and affectees.
He added that possession of land connected with all BUP cases in the sector had now been secured by the authority.
Saad Bin Asad said FGEHA would continue action against illegal encroachments and take steps to use the recovered land in line with the authority’s development plans.

The authority said development activity in G-15/3 would be accelerated to remove delays in the housing project and help allottees benefit from their properties.
FGEHA added that further legal and administrative measures related to land protection, development and allottee rights would continue in the sector.
