Haripur: Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Hazara Region Nasir Mehmood Sati praised the performance of the police officers for arresting the suspects involved in the robbery incident in Sarai Saleh police station and awarded them with cash rewards and certificates of appreciation. The police took immediate action and cordoned off the area. As soon as the accused saw the police party, they started firing, as a result of which one of the accused was injured by his accomplice’s bullet and later died, while the other accused was arrested by the police.
DIG Hazara Nasir Mehmood Sati appreciated the timely action and professionalism of the police. He gave certificates of appreciation and cash prizes to DSP City Munir Khan, SHO Siddique Shah, Sub Inspector Ijaz Ali, and other police personnel for their outstanding performance. He further said that the police force is always ready to protect the life and property of the people, and such brave personnel are a source of pride for the department.
