A 65-year-old man in Alexandria, Egypt, died after an alleged altercation with his wife over food preparation, with police arresting the woman and recovering the frying pan believed to have been used in the attack.
According to local media reports, the argument escalated and the woman allegedly struck her husband on the head with a frying pan. He collapsed following the blow and later died from his injuries.
Police Begin Investigation
Police and emergency responders reached the scene after receiving information about the incident. The woman was taken into custody, while the frying pan was seized as potential evidence.
The man’s body was transferred for a post-mortem examination as authorities began investigating the circumstances surrounding his death.
