JEDDAH: The Pakistani Consulate General in Jeddah has introduced a new online appointment system for NADRA and Machine Readable Passport (MRP) services for Pakistani citizens residing in western Saudi Arabia.
Under the new system, appointments began from September 20, 2026, allowing applicants to select an available date and time before visiting the consulate.
Consul General Jeddah Syed Mustafa Rabbani formally inaugurated the system, which is aimed at making consular services more organised and convenient for the Pakistani community.
Once an appointment is confirmed, applicants will receive an SMS notification along with a tracking ID. The system will allow users to book, view and cancel appointments online, as well as track their appointment status.
The consulate has announced that from October 1, 2026, NADRA and MRP services will be provided strictly through appointments.
Pakistani citizens have been advised to book their appointments in advance to avoid delays. The new system is also expected to reduce overcrowding, long queues and waiting times at the consulate by introducing designated time slots.
NADRA services available at the Jeddah consulate include NICOP and SNICOP renewal, reprinting and modification, as well as Family Registration Certificate (FRC) services.
