Several incidents have surfaced on social media where users claimed that Google Maps led them to the wrong route. Now, another user has shared a video claiming that a person traveling from Buxar to Delhi was directed by Google Maps to a road that ultimately ended in water.
The video was shared on Instagram by Pankaj Kumar, who explained that while driving from Buxar to Delhi, he followed Google Maps. After exiting the highway, the navigation led him onto an unpaved road, which eventually brought him to the edge of a pond.
He further stated that Google Maps instructed him to drive through the water to continue.
The video of the incident has gone viral on social media, with users posting humorous comments.
One user wrote, “What do you mean your car doesn’t drive on water?” Another suggested, “You probably didn’t check the notification that pops up before using Google Maps—you just turned it on and followed it.”
A third user humorously remarked, “Brother, trust Google Maps; there must be a hidden path inside—just go into the water!”
