Lahore Police have arrested a man accused of performing dangerous one-wheeling on busy roads in the Old Anarkali area, saying his actions posed a serious risk to public safety. The suspect was allegedly recording the stunts and sharing the videos on social media.
According to police, officers from the Old Anarkali Police Station arrested the suspect during a patrol near PMG Chowk. Authorities said the operation was part of ongoing efforts to curb reckless driving and protect road users.
Suspect Accused of Sharing Stunt Videos Online
Police identified the suspect as Sahil Atta. Officials said he regularly performed one-wheeling and other risky stunts with friends during early morning and late-night hours on busy roads before posting the videos on social media.
SP Civil Lines said the activities endangered both the suspect and other road users.
Case Registered, Investigation Underway
Police have registered a case against the suspect and handed him over to the Investigation Wing for further legal proceedings.
The SP Civil Lines said authorities would continue taking strict action against individuals whose reckless driving puts lives at risk.
