Haripur: A monthly meeting was held at Bureau Office Haripur, in which a detailed discussion was held regarding the overall improvement of the newspaper. The meeting was presided over by General Secretary Haripur Press Club Hafiz Javedul Haque, while Tawqir Hussain, Ashfaq Hussain Qadri, Zulfikar Abbasi, Mohammad Naseem Awan, Tariq Mehmood, Kashif Shahzad and Ramish Khan participated in the occasion. Hafiz Javed-ul-Haq, speaking in the meeting, urged the representatives to fulfill journalistic duties honestly and impartially. He further said that all the representatives should send news keeping in mind the PICA Act and there is a need to further develop teamwork and professionalism to convey accurate information to the public. The meeting also discussed about improving the quality of news and adopting modern journalistic trends. All the representatives presented their suggestions and assured full cooperation.
