US wireless carrier T-Mobile has introduced a promotional offer allowing eligible customers to effectively get an iPhone 18 Pro at no device cost through monthly bill credits.
The offer is available to both new and existing customers under qualifying T-Mobile plans. New customers can become eligible by switching their existing number to T-Mobile, while existing customers can qualify by trading in an eligible device. T-Mobile says eligible customers can receive up to $1,200 back through 36 monthly bill credits under certain qualifying plans.
The promotion does not provide the full value as an upfront cash discount. Instead, the credits are applied to the customer’s monthly bill over a period of up to 36 months.
This means customers must maintain the required qualifying service for the full credit period to receive the complete promotional benefit. If the customer cancels the account before all credits are received or pays off the device early, the remaining credits stop and the outstanding device balance may become due.
Customers should also note that the promotion does not eliminate every upfront cost. Taxes based on the phone’s pre-credit price may be due at the time of purchase, while T-Mobile’s terms also list a $35 device connection charge for qualifying transactions.
The offer is currently available in the United States and is subject to qualifying plans, credit approval, eligible devices and other promotional terms. T-Mobile’s published terms state that the promotion is limited-time and subject to change.
The promotion follows Apple’s launch of the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max in September 2026
