ISLAMABAD: Saeed International Hospital (SIH) and Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide discounted healthcare services to traffic police personnel as part of an initiative to support their welfare.

The agreement was signed by Dr. Saeed, Chief Executive Officer of Saeed International Hospital, and SP Islamabad Traffic Police Khan Muhammad Hasbani.

Under the agreement, eligible ITP personnel will receive preferential discounts on a range of medical services, including laboratory tests, radiology, aesthetic treatments, dental procedures, inpatient department (IPD) services, outpatient department (OPD) consultations, home healthcare services and pharmacy items.

The hospital will offer concessions across various services, with particular discounts on laboratory tests. The agreement also provides for free general check-ups in the Emergency Department for eligible personnel, subject to verification of their eligibility.

According to the MoU, emergency and trauma cases will be handled according to patients’ clinical conditions and the hospital’s emergency protocols. In life-threatening or urgent situations, necessary treatment will not be delayed solely because administrative verification is pending.
