The Punjab government has announced the Chief Minister Punjab Agriculture Internship Program 2026, offering a monthly stipend of Rs70,000 to selected agriculture graduates. The initiative aims to provide practical field experience to young professionals while strengthening agricultural services across the province.
According to the Punjab Agriculture Department, 1,500 agriculture graduates will be selected for the paid internship. The program is designed to help recent graduates develop professional skills and gain hands-on experience in the agriculture sector.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a BSc (Hons) Agriculture degree from a recognized institution.
Candidates must be 27 years of age or younger by the application deadline and possess a domicile of the district in which they are applying.
Officials also stated that applicants who have previously benefited from a similar government internship program are not eligible to apply.
How To Apply
The application form can be downloaded from the Punjab Agriculture Department’s official website or obtained from the office of the relevant Deputy Director Agriculture or Assistant Director Agriculture.
Applicants must submit the completed form along with educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, and other required documents to the office of the Deputy Director Agriculture (Extension) in their respective district by July 30, 2026.
The Agriculture Department has advised candidates to submit complete applications before the deadline, noting that incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
