Police have identified seven additional alleged associates of suspected drug dealer Anmol alias Pinky, including two women, according to a report submitted in a Karachi court during proceedings related to a narcotics case.
The report was presented before the court of a Judicial Magistrate South in Karachi during a hearing of the drug-related case against Anmol alias Pinky. Investigators informed the court that the newly identified individuals are believed to be close associates of the suspect and remain at large.
According to the police report, Anmol alias Pinky was arrested on May 12. Following the arrest, three alleged facilitators — identified as Zeeshan, Sohail and Sameer — were also taken into custody as part of the investigation.
Police told the court that seven additional suspects have now been included in the list of absconders. The individuals named in the report are Fayyaz, Aqib, Hamza, Aijaz, Zaid, and two women identified as Sabira and Ana.
Investigators have classified the suspects as alleged facilitators and said efforts are underway to locate and arrest them. Law enforcement agencies are continuing to examine various aspects of the case as part of the ongoing investigation.
The court was informed that police operations and investigative efforts remain in progress to trace the whereabouts of the absconding suspects.
