PESHAWAR: Pakistani martial artist Irfan Mehsud has set a new Guinness World Record by completing 38 full-extension punches in one minute while carrying a 10-kilogram weight.
Guinness World Records had set a target of 30 punches for the challenge. Mehsud surpassed the benchmark by eight punches, completing 38 punches within the one-minute limit.

The achievement adds another international record to Mehsud’s martial arts career. His latest feat required him to maintain speed, strength and punching technique while performing the challenge with the additional 10kg weight.
