Pakistani content creators Irfan Junejo, Faizan Sameer and MystaPakki are giving football supporters at home a closer look at the FIFA World Cup 2026 through videos filmed around stadiums, fan zones and host cities in the United States.

Their social media coverage offers Pakistani audiences a view beyond the matches, capturing pre-game excitement, international supporters, city celebrations and the atmosphere surrounding football’s biggest tournament.

The FIFA World Cup 2026 began on June 11 and will conclude with the final on July 19 at New York New Jersey Stadium. The expanded tournament features 48 teams competing across Canada, Mexico and the United States.

Pakistani Creators Capture World Cup Atmosphere

Junejo, Sameer and MystaPakki travelled to the United States to document their World Cup experiences for audiences across TikTok and other social media platforms.

Their videos cover fan parks, stadium surroundings, football-themed streets and interactions with supporters from different countries. The content allows viewers in Pakistan to follow the tournament through familiar creators rather than relying only on traditional match broadcasts.

The creators have also documented the build-up before kick-off and celebrations after matches, presenting the World Cup as a wider cultural event shaped by travelling fans and host cities.

The campaign material lists Junejo as having more than 314,000 TikTok followers, MystaPakki with about 156,000 and Sameer with over 53,000.

Football Conversation Grows in Pakistan

Pakistani fans who could not travel to the tournament have remained involved through online match reactions, predictions, commentary, humour and post-match debates.

This activity reflects how social platforms are increasingly complementing television coverage by showing personal experiences and behind-the-scenes moments that may not appear during conventional sports broadcasts.

TikTok says users can access creator coverage, official tournament material and broadcaster highlights through its dedicated FIFA World Cup 2026 hubs or by searching for the tournament on the platform.

TikTok Expands FIFA World Cup Coverage

TikTok became FIFA’s first Preferred Platform under an agreement announced in January 2026. The partnership was designed to expand original content, creator access and fan engagement throughout the tournament.

The arrangement includes a dedicated World Cup hub, behind-the-scenes access and a global creator programme intended to bring supporters closer to the tournament.

For Pakistani audiences, coverage by local creators has added a familiar perspective to the global event, connecting fans at home with the atmosphere surrounding the matches in the United States.

As the tournament approaches its July 19 final, the creators’ coverage highlights how digital storytelling is changing the way supporters experience major sporting events—combining match action with travel, fan culture and moments beyond the pitch.
