Court Grants Interim Bail to TikToker Ali Haiderabadi in Alleged Assault Case Filed by Ex-Wife

A sessions court has granted interim bail to social media personality and YouTuber Ali Haiderabadi in a case involving allegations of assault filed by his former wife. The court directed police not to arrest him until July 14 and instructed him to cooperate fully with the investigation.

The Additional Sessions Judge also ordered Ali Haiderabadi to appear before the investigating officer as required. The interim relief will remain in effect until the next hearing.

Case Registered on Complaint of Former Wife

The case was registered following a complaint filed by Ali Haiderabadi’s former wife, who accused him of physical assault. Fearing arrest, the content creator approached the sessions court seeking pre-arrest bail, which was granted on an interim basis.

The court has summoned the parties to appear at the next hearing.

Dispute Drew Attention on Social Media

The case gained widespread attention after a live video circulated on social media showing Ali Haiderabadi announcing a divorce from his wife.

Following the video’s circulation, his former wife, Zainab Ali, released a separate video in which she alleged that she had experienced physical abuse and mental harassment over the past three years. She also appealed to Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz for assistance.

Ali Haiderabadi Denies Allegations

Ali Haiderabadi has denied all allegations against him. In a video statement, he rejected the claims and said the accusations were baseless.

In a subsequent video, Zainab Ali disputed his account of events and maintained her allegations. She also claimed that the couple had already been divorced before the viral live broadcast.

The allegations made by both parties remain disputed, and the matter is currently before the court.
