KARACHI: Pakistani actress Nimra Khan has found support from fellow actors amid speculation on social media about the status of her second marriage.
Rumours surrounding Nimra Khan’s marriage began circulating after a post related to her wedding disappeared from her Instagram account. When a social media user questioned the removal, the actress reportedly responded that she had moved the post down to protect it from the evil eye.
The speculation intensified after Nimra shared a series of cryptic posts on social media. Her husband, Zain Hamid, also shared an ambiguous post, prompting further discussion among social media users.
However, neither Nimra Khan nor her husband has publicly confirmed that they have divorced. The claims therefore remain unverified.
Amid the speculation, actress Mansha Pasha reacted to an ambiguous social media post attributed to Zain Hamid and expressed support for Nimra. She criticised what she described as inappropriate behaviour by men in such situations.
Actress Momal Khalid also voiced her support for Nimra, saying she was saddened by the situation the actress was reportedly going through.
Momal urged social media users not to rush to judgment or blame Nimra without knowing the facts, calling instead for empathy and sensitivity.
The reactions from fellow actors have added to the ongoing social media discussion, although the actual status of Nimra Khan’s marriage remains unclear in the absence of an official statement from the actress or her husband.
