Pakistani actress Nazish Jahangir has opened up about the qualities she hopes to find in a future life partner, saying she does not have many specific demands.
During a recent interview, the actress was asked what kind of man she would like to marry.
Nazish said she would prefer someone who is like her and with whom she could enjoy life’s ups and downs.
“I just want a man like me. We can spend our lives laughing, having fun and even having a few arguments,” she said.
When asked whether she would accept a man whose heart had previously been broken, Nazish said she would have no problem with it.
“Absolutely. In fact, I would be happy if I were the girl who helped heal his broken heart,” she said.
The actress added that she would find it meaningful if her future partner considered her the person who helped him move forward from a difficult emotional experience.
During the same interview, Nazish also spoke about her relationship with her stepmother, rejecting the idea that stepmothers are necessarily bad.
She said her father remarried after her mother’s death and described her stepmother as a caring person who looks after the entire family and takes care of her father.
Nazish said her experience had shown her that it would be unfair to label all stepmothers negatively.
