MG HS Hybrid+ and Super Hybrid hit roads across Pakistan

LAHORE: MG Pakistan’s newly launched MG HS Hybrid+ and MG HS Super Hybrid have begun reaching customers across Pakistan, marking the next phase of the brand’s push into hybrid and plug-in hybrid mobility.

The two models are part of MG’s latest HS range and are being positioned for buyers looking for a mix of fuel efficiency, performance, comfort, technology and everyday practicality.

The MG HS Hybrid+ uses a self-charging hybrid system designed to combine responsive performance with improved fuel efficiency for routine driving.

The MG HS Super Hybrid, meanwhile, introduces plug-in hybrid technology, allowing drivers to use electric power while retaining the flexibility of a petrol-hybrid powertrain for longer journeys.

MG Pakistan said the new HS range reflects its commitment to bringing global specifications and newer automotive technologies to the local market.

The company said early customer feedback has focused on smooth acceleration, cabin comfort, modern design, technology features and overall hybrid performance.

The launch comes as hybrid and plug-in hybrid vehicles continue to attract greater attention in Pakistan, particularly among buyers seeking lower fuel consumption without moving fully to battery-electric vehicles.

MG said it is also supporting the new models through its authorised after-sales network, parts availability and maintenance services.

The company said its wider strategy is to strengthen its position in Pakistan’s premium SUV segment by combining newer powertrain technology with safety, connectivity and improved ownership support.

With the MG HS Hybrid+ and Super Hybrid now on Pakistani roads, the brand is looking to build on growing demand for more efficient and technologically advanced SUVs in the local market.
