In the messages, Tokayev strongly condemned military actions that undermine the sovereignty and security of countries described as friendly and brotherly to Kazakhstan. He reaffirmed his government’s position that international disputes and armed conflicts should be resolved through diplomatic means.
According to official statements, the Kazakh leader emphasized that Kazakhstan consistently advocates dialogue and peaceful negotiation to address complex global issues. He also conveyed readiness to provide possible assistance to the Gulf nations if needed.
Tokayev expressed hope for the continuation of regular working contacts with the senior leadership of the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait, highlighting the importance of ongoing cooperation.
