Jubilee Life Insurance Wins EFP’s Game Changer Icon Award

KARACHI: Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited has been recognised as a “Game Changer Icon of Pakistan” in the Life Insurance category by the Employers’ Federation of Pakistan (EFP).
The award was presented at the EFP’s Platinum Jubilee Celebrations and Awards, held on October 7, 2026, at Governor House in Karachi.
Javed Ahmed, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Jubilee Life Insurance, received the award from Sindh Governor Syed Nehal Hashmi. The ceremony was attended by Gilbert F. Houngbo, Director-General of the International Labour Organization (ILO), and Majyd Aziz, President of the Employers’ Federation of Pakistan.
According to the company, the recognition reflects its efforts to build a responsible and sustainable business while fostering an inclusive workplace where employees feel valued and supported.
Jubilee Life Insurance said the award also highlights its focus on employee well-being, diversity and inclusion, and initiatives aimed at promoting environmental sustainability.
