MUMBAI: Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor has reportedly expressed concern over paparazzi photographing her in gym clothes and asked photographers to temporarily stop taking pictures of her as she leaves the gym.
According to Indian media reports, Kapoor held a private meeting with photographers to discuss the issue. During the meeting, she reportedly said that people were also becoming tired of seeing actors photographed every day while leaving gyms, adding that an actor’s work is to be seen on screen through films.
According to a photographer cited in the reports, Kapoor requested that photographers refrain from taking her pictures outside the gym for some time.
The actress reportedly raised concerns about inappropriate and objectionable comments that are posted under such photographs on Instagram.
Kapoor has previously spoken out against celebrities being photographed or filmed without their permission. Her latest reported request has once again highlighted concerns among public figures about privacy and the way paparazzi images are shared on social media.
