KARACHI: itel Energy has unveiled its latest solar energy storage solutions at the 22nd Solar Pakistan Expo at the Karachi Expo Centre, showcasing advanced batteries, hybrid inverters and AI-powered energy management technologies designed for residential, commercial and industrial applications.
The launch comes amid rising electricity costs and persistent load shedding in Pakistan, increasing interest in alternative energy and storage systems.
At the exhibition, the company presented its Generation 2 residential battery range, featuring new 2.5kW and 5kW models equipped with advanced Battery Management Systems, enhanced safety features and Grade-A REPT BATTERO cells. According to the company, the batteries are designed to support more than 10 years of daily cycling and allow system expansion.
itel Energy also showcased its Sparta IP66 and IP54 hybrid inverter series, offering solutions for different installation environments and energy requirements.
Ahsan, Country Technical Manager at itel Energy Pakistan, announced plans to establish service centres in 40 cities across the country. The proposed network aims to strengthen after-sales support and improve access to technical assistance for customers in major urban centres and smaller towns.
The company also highlighted its expansion into the commercial and industrial sectors through hybrid Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Its portfolio includes a 10kWh battery system and scalable storage solutions ranging from 40.96kWh to 661.8kWh.
These offerings are complemented by energy auditing, monitoring systems and AI-based energy management technologies intended to help businesses manage electricity consumption more efficiently.
Technical Manager Dan highlighted the company’s inverter and battery portfolio, which is designed to address the varying energy requirements of residential users, commercial facilities and industrial operations.
itel Energy’s marketing team also demonstrated an AI-powered energy management system that uses weather forecasts and projected conditions over the following 24 hours to optimise battery use and electricity loads. The technology is intended to help users manage energy consumption when changing weather conditions affect solar power generation.
Charlotte, Marketing Manager for China at itel Energy, expressed confidence that participation in the exhibition would help strengthen business partnerships, address the needs of Pakistan’s energy market and encourage wider adoption of renewable energy solutions.
Through its participation in the 22nd Solar Pakistan Expo, itel Energy reaffirmed its commitment to expanding its energy storage portfolio and developing a broader service network across Pakistan.
