The Islamabad Police has announced 1,712 new job openings, offering a major employment opportunity for young men and women across Pakistan. The recruitment drive allows candidates from any province, region, or city to apply.
The announcement was highlighted by Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, who said the initiative aims to attract motivated individuals with a strong sense of public service, integrity, and commitment to duty. He shared the update on social media platform X, urging eligible candidates to take advantage of what he described as a “golden opportunity.”
According to officials, applicants from all parts of the country are eligible, and recruitment tests will be conducted in nearby locations to ensure wider accessibility. Authorities have also set a short application window, with only a few days remaining to apply.
The move is part of broader efforts to strengthen policing capacity in Islamabad while expanding employment opportunities for educated youth seeking public sector careers. Officials said the recruitment process is designed to be merit-based and transparent.
Applicants have been advised to complete their submissions within the deadline to avoid missing the opportunity.
