Indian social media influencer Nidhi Tiwari, 30, has died at her home in Madhya Pradesh, according to local media reports.
Tiwari was found unresponsive at her residence in the Bhosa Mod area of Singrauli district. Family members took her to a hospital, where doctors pronounced her dead.
Police have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death and have cautioned against drawing conclusions before the inquiry is completed.
Tiwari reportedly had around 1.6 million followers across Facebook and Instagram, with approximately 900,000 followers on Facebook and 700,000 on Instagram. Her posts regularly received thousands of reactions, while some of her videos reached millions of viewers.
She gained wider recognition after winning the Miss Pretty India title in 2024. Local reports said she had been pursuing opportunities in modeling, events and digital content and was interested in entering the film industry.
According to local media reports, Tiwari had spoken to someone over the phone on the Saturday evening before her death. Investigators are examining call records, digital activity and other evidence as part of the inquiry.
Authorities have not publicly established a definitive cause or motive for her death.
