KARACHI, October 17, 2026: Pakistani actor Imran Abbas has revealed why he has stepped away from television dramas, saying he is now focusing on other professional and charitable activities.
Speaking during a telephone conversation on Mishi Khan’s morning show, Imran Abbas said he is no longer working in television dramas and has shifted his attention to other fields.
The actor revealed that he is also an architect by profession and has now entered the real estate business.
According to Imran Abbas, he is currently developing a 12-storey building called “Aeri” in Mumtaz City near Islamabad International Airport. He said the project is expected to take approximately two and a half years to complete.
Imran Abbas also spoke about his personal life, saying that both of his parents have passed away and that he does not have children. He said these circumstances have encouraged him to become more involved in charitable activities.
The actor said he wants to undertake work for others that will prove beneficial for him in the hereafter, highlighting his desire to focus on activities that can have a positive impact on people’s lives.
