KARACHI, October 26, 2026: Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Monday, reversing the recent downward trend as the price of 24-karat gold rose by Rs1,400 per tola in the local bullion market.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola climbed to Rs423,436, compared with Rs422,036 before the latest increase.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs1,201 to Rs363,028, up from Rs361,827.

The increase followed a decline in domestic gold prices on Saturday, October 24, when the price of gold per tola fell by Rs2,500.

Despite Monday’s recovery, the latest increase remained smaller than the previous reported decline, reflecting continued fluctuations in the domestic bullion market.

International gold prices also increase

Gold prices also moved higher in the international market on Monday.

According to the association, the international gold rate increased by $14 per ounce to $4,009, compared with $3,995 previously.

The rise in global bullion prices coincided with the increase recorded in Pakistan’s domestic gold market.

Local gold prices are influenced by international bullion rates, the rupee-dollar exchange rate and domestic market conditions.
