ISLAMABAD, September 7, 2026: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) will auction commercial plots in Islamabad’s rapidly developing sectors of G-13 and G-14 on September 15 and 16, offering investors, developers and businesspersons an opportunity to acquire commercial property at key locations.
The two-day auction will begin at 10:00 a.m. on both days at Grand Marki Enclave, Margalla Road, E-11, Islamabad, according to FGEHA.
Commercial plots offered in G-13 and G-14
The auction will include commercial plots at several locations in G-14, including G-14 Markaz and commercial shopping centres in G-14/2, G-14/3 and G-14/4.
FGEHA will also offer a range of commercial plots in G-13, including Class-III commercial plots and Modern Corporate/Office plots.
The Authority said the auction has attracted interest from investors and the business community as commercial activity continues to expand alongside residential development in the two sectors.
Installment plan and 10% lump-sum discount
FGEHA is offering payment facilities intended to make the commercial plots more accessible to investors.
Under the auction terms, buyers can pay the outstanding amount through easy installments over two years. Investors making a lump-sum payment will also receive a 10% discount, while the remaining amount can be paid in installments after an initial payment of 25%.
The plots also offer connectivity with the Metro and major roads, according to FGEHA. The Authority said the locations are approximately 8 kilometres from the M-1 and M-2 motorways and around 12 kilometres from Islamabad International Airport.
FGEHA invites investors and developers
FGEHA has invited investors, businesspersons, developers and individuals interested in commercial property to participate in the auction, particularly those from Islamabad, Rawalpindi and other cities.
The Authority said the commercial plots in G-13 and G-14 offer opportunities for establishing or expanding businesses and for longer-term commercial investment in developing parts of Islamabad.
The Auction Management Committee reviewed arrangements for the sale at a meeting on September 7 and assigned responsibilities to relevant departments to ensure the auction process runs smoothly.
