FBR expresses concern over delay in Sindh quota records
Separately, the FBR has expressed concern over a delay of more than four months in receiving recruitment records relating to Sindh’s urban and rural quotas.
According to the notice, the required information has not been provided despite repeated reminders.
The board has issued immediate instructions to the Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue in Karachi, directing Corporate Tax Office-I Karachi to submit the outstanding information by October 23.
The records of vacant positions will subsequently be forwarded to the Establishment Division.
The FBR has further instructed officials to submit a report even if no relevant information is available, ensuring that the reporting requirement is fulfilled.
