Lahore, Monday 12th October 2026: Pakistani fast-food chain Cheezious has opened its first international outlet in London’s Ilford Lane, marking the start of the brand’s expansion beyond Pakistan.

The launch represents a major step for the company, which began as a single pizza outlet in Okara, Punjab, and has since expanded to more than 58 outlets across Pakistan.

The new Ilford location brings Cheezious’ menu, including its signature Crown Crust Pizza, to one of London’s most diverse communities.

Cheezious CEO Imran Ijaz said the London opening was intended to carry the brand’s original recipes, standards and identity into an international market.

“Today marks a proud moment for us. Bringing a brand that was born and built in Pakistan to London is about much more than opening another outlet,” he said.

Ijaz said London would serve as a gateway for wider expansion across the United Kingdom, with the company also aiming to enter other international markets in the future.

“This is only the first of many international doors we intend to open,” he said.

Zohaib Hassan, Head of Marketing at Cheezious, said the company wanted the London outlet to appeal both to customers already familiar with the brand from Pakistan and to people discovering it for the first time.

He said the company was looking to introduce London customers not only to its food but also to the service standards associated with the brand.

Cheezious said the London launch marks the next phase of its international growth strategy, with the company planning to retain its Pakistani identity while adapting its operations to the expectations of the UK market.

Founded in Okara, Cheezious has grown into a nationwide network with outlets in cities including Islamabad, Lahore, Rawalpindi and Peshawar.

The Ilford restaurant is the company’s first international location and is expected to serve as a base for further expansion in the UK.
