Bank of Khyber Exceeds NFLP-II Target
Under the programme, Bank of Khyber conducted financial education activities aimed at helping underserved communities better understand savings, banking services, digital payments and responsible financial decision-making.
The bank said its initiatives followed a segmented approach, with separate outreach efforts designed for women, youth and persons with disabilities.
It also focused on digital financial literacy, including awareness of how to use online and mobile banking services safely.
The National Financial Literacy Programme-II is part of the State Bank’s broader effort to improve public understanding of financial products and expand access to formal banking services across Pakistan.
Focus on Financial Inclusion

The bank added that it would continue expanding financial education programmes and awareness campaigns aimed at communities with limited access to formal banking information.
Financial literacy programmes are designed to help people make informed decisions about saving, borrowing, payments and digital financial services while reducing the risks associated with fraud and poor financial planning.
The recognition was presented during the NFLP-II Annual Target Review Meeting and Certificate Distribution Ceremony, where participating banks were acknowledged for their performance during the financial year.
