MARDAN: Allama Iqbal Open University has formally opened admissions for the Autumn 2026 semester, with students allowed to submit online applications until August 8, Regional Director Mardan Maaz Ahmad said.

Speaking to media representatives at his office, Ahmad said the university is offering admissions in several academic programmes, including MBA, MPhil, MS and PhD. He urged students to complete their applications before the deadline.

He said the Mardan Regional Office is providing guidance and support to students for admissions, examinations, assignments, workshops and other academic matters.

Ahmad said AIOU has also introduced FSC Computer Science, Medical and Engineering courses to meet modern educational needs and help students access better academic and professional opportunities.

He advised students and parents to use only the official online portal of Allama Iqbal Open University and avoid unverified sources or individuals.

A special facilitation desk has also been set up at the Mardan Regional Office to provide information, technical support and admission guidance to students.
