Abbottabad Expressing concern over the demolition of the circle office College Road and the relocation of sub-offices for the main office of Abbottabad WAPDA Hydro Electric Supply Company, the central vice president of the workers’ union has suggested to the chairman of the board of directors to lay the foundation stone of the main office on the land of Wapda on Murree Road. In this regard, All Pakistan WAPDA Hydro Electric Worker Union CBA Hazara Electric Supply Company Jamil Akhtar Tanoli said that preparations are being made to build the main office of the company by demolishing the circle office with a huge amount of three crores, which will increase the electricity problems of the consumers by shifting several offices here and there in the said building. He has suggested that instead of demolishing the circle office, the foundation stone should be laid on Wapda land on Murree Road with this money and it should be completed by obtaining more funds during the expected visit of Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif to Abbottabad. He has emphasized that the Hazara company has been built for the convenience of the consumers and they will not let it become a nuisance. In this regard, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Director In-charge HR The Hazara Company also decided to take notice and meet with the Chief Executive of Hazara Company to inform them of the seriousness of the situation.
