Islamabad: Mobilink Bank and the National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) have signed a partnership agreement aimed at expanding skills development programs and improving access to financial services for trainees across Pakistan.
Collaboration focuses on skills training and financial access

Graduates and aspiring entrepreneurs enrolled with NAVTTC will have access to MSME financing options for starting or expanding small businesses. The Bank will also offer free online banking services to encourage secure use of digital platforms.
Health services and insurance options included in the plan
The collaboration extends to virtual medical consultations available through the Mobilink Bank app and offers customised health insurance options for NAVTTC employees and affiliated members.
Officials highlight goals of the partnership
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Haaris Mahmood Chaudhary, President & CEO of Mobilink Bank, said the initiative aims to enhance skills and improve access to financial tools for trainees, with a particular focus on women and young entrepreneurs.
NAVTTC Chairperson Gulmina Bilal Ahmad said the Commission aims to increase equitable opportunities for skilled youth and viewed the collaboration as a step toward wider economic participation.
Focus areas include women’s workforce participation and tech-enabled jobs
