Pind Dadan Khan — The honourable court has announced its verdict in rape case No. 395/24, registered under Sections 367A/376/292 at the City Police Station. The convict, Shiraz, was found guilty of committing rape in 2024.
Upon proof of the offence, the court sentenced him to 25 years rigorous imprisonment under Section 367A, along with a fine of Rs. 300,000 and compensation of Rs. 300,000. Additionally, under Section 376, he was awarded life imprisonment, a fine of Rs. 300,000, and compensation of Rs. 300,000.
