A set of viral wedding images circulating on social media featuring television host and actor Tauseeq Haider and senior actress and presenter Farah Sadia sparked widespread confusion and speculation about their alleged marriage.

The images, which showed the two celebrities in bridal attire, were widely shared online, with many users initially assuming they were real and extending congratulations. However, the actors later clarified that the visuals were not authentic and had been generated using artificial intelligence.

In a video response, both Tauseeq Haider and Farah Sadia dismissed the rumours with a humorous tone, saying they were surprised to see their own “wedding” images circulating online and had no involvement in such an event. Tauseeq Haider also joked that if content creators had earned money from the fake news, they should “send them a share” as well.

The incident highlights the growing challenge of AI-generated misinformation and its rapid spread across social platforms, often blurring the line between reality and fabricated content.
