TANDO ALLAH YAR: Around 400 people, including the bride and groom, fell ill after reportedly eating food at a wedding ceremony in Tando Allah Yar, Sindh, on Monday.
The large number of affected people prompted a local hospital to impose an emergency response as patients arrived for medical treatment. Medical teams were deployed on an urgent basis following reports of the incident.

Officials said most of the affected individuals were treated and later discharged from the hospital. Details about their symptoms and the exact cause of the illness were not immediately available.
Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident. Food samples from the wedding gathering have also been collected and sent to a laboratory for testing to determine whether contaminated food was responsible for the illnesses.
