Women University Swabi’s Vice Chancellor, Mian Saeed Khan, highlighted the critical role of faculty, students, and administration in ensuring the effective functioning of the institution. Addressing a meeting with the Heads of Departments, Sections, and project staff yesterday, he emphasized that these groups form the essential backbone of the university, maintaining a tripartite relationship crucial for institutional progress.
In his address, Vice Chancellor Khan noted the unique contributions of each stakeholder, particularly underlining the significant impact of faculty and students in the university’s growth. He expressed concern over the shortage of permanent faculty members, a challenge that has posed operational difficulties. However, he reassured all attendees of his commitment to finding practical solutions to these and other issues faced by the university, as part of a broader initiative to maintain and enhance its functionality.
