TEXAS: The bid of US-Pakistani businessman Abrahim Javed, who is the son of former adviser to caretaker prime minister Anwarul Haq Kakar and Tahir Javed, to become commissioner of Fort Bend County, Texas, has suffered a major blow after he faced allegations of corruption, past convictions and election violations.
