Havelian: Tehsil Chairman Havelian Uzair Sher Khan fulfilled another promise of Shaheed Atif Munsif Khan. Purchase of 29 kanals 14 marla land for Havelian Public Park and inauguration of the park in a formal manner. Atif Munsif Khan’s vision and promises made to the people of Havelian will be put into practice at all costs. The construction and development of Havelian Tehsil is the top priority. Efforts will be made at all levels to eliminate public rights and problems. Tehsil Chairman Uzair Sher Khan spoke to the media on the occasion of the inauguration. According to the details, former Chairman Havelian Tehsil Shaheed Atif Munsif had promised the people of the area a public park for healthy activities and sightseeing, but by fate, he assumed the position of martyrdom and life did not give him the opportunity to fulfill his promise. On this, his brother Uzair Sher Khan took up the task of fulfilling Atif Munsif’s promises and the long-standing demand of the people of Havelian was met with amicable completion of the stage of purchasing 29 kanals 11 marla land for the construction of a public park, the inauguration ceremony of which was held yesterday. Qazi Mazhar, Sardar Asad Javed, Sardar Sajid, Gul Khattab, Zarkhan, Wasim Khan, Sardar Saleem Chairman Qureshi and other elders of the area participated in large numbers. Speaking on the occasion, Uzair Sher Khan said that the construction and development of havelians is the top priority and no one will be allowed to sacrifice their rights. The construction of a public park will provide a place for healthy activities to the people of havelians, especially children and families, which was a dream of former chairman Shaheed Atif Munsif for the people of havelians. He said that he is grateful to all the stakeholders in this issue who have made efforts for the public project. He said that in the future, work on the relief project will continue keeping the interests of the public in mind. He said that their doors are open to everyone at all times and they will make every effort to fulfill the trust that the people have placed in them. On this occasion, he thanked the participants and dignitaries of the area, including local government members and political figures.
