Sui Gas Project Completed in Sarai Payin, Lower Dir

LOWER DIR: A project to provide Sui gas to Sarai Payin village in the Talash area of Lower Dir has been completed through development funds allocated by Federal Minister for Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan Affairs Amir Muqam, according to local organisers.

Residents held a thanksgiving ceremony at the residence of Khan of Sarai Payin Khalil Muhammad Khan in Talash to mark the completion of the long-standing gas supply project. A large number of people from the village attended the gathering.

Project Approved Through Development Funds

According to details shared by the organisers, prominent political and social figures from Sarai Payin, including Nek Muhammad Khan, Khalil Muhammad Khan and Mashal Muhammad Khan, had met Federal Minister Amir Muqam several months ago and requested approval for a Sui gas project for the village.

The request was subsequently approved through the minister’s development funds. The organisers said the project was completed within a short period, enabling the provision of Sui gas to residents across the village.

Residents Offer Prayers of Thanks

During the thanksgiving ceremony, Nek Muhammad Khan, Khalil Muhammad Khan and Mashal Muhammad Khan offered prayers for the completion of the project and expressed gratitude for the provision of the long-awaited facility.

Village elders thanked Federal Minister Amir Muqam as well as Nek Muhammad Khan, Khalil Muhammad Khan and Mashal Muhammad Khan for their efforts in securing and facilitating the project.

Residents also acknowledged the role of the local representatives and expressed appreciation for the completion of the gas supply scheme.
