Bollywood actor and filmmaker Sohail Khan has revealed the reason behind his noticeable transformation after losing around 12 kilograms, putting to rest speculation that he used Ozempic or fat-burning drugs.
Speaking in a recent interview, Sohail dismissed rumours that medication was responsible for his weight loss. He explained that he developed a stomach-related illness during the first week of entering the reality show Alliance, which significantly changed his eating habits.
Sohail said participating in a reality show for the first time was initially overwhelming, and he experienced a sense of discomfort during the early days. However, the support and care he received from fellow contestants helped him remain on the show for five weeks.
According to the actor, taking part in the show’s physical challenges and staying active also required him to control his diet. These changes gradually contributed to his weight loss.
Sohail had previously revealed during his brother Salman Khan’s appearance on Alliance that he lost approximately 12 kilograms during his time on the reality show.
His dramatically changed appearance after the show attracted considerable attention online. While some fans expressed concern about his health, others speculated that he may have relied on weight-loss medication.
Sohail’s latest comments, however, clarify that his transformation was primarily linked to illness, changes in his diet and increased physical activity during the reality show
