Former actress Noor Bukhari has opened up about her decision to remarry her former husband, Aun Chaudhry, saying their reunion was not something she had planned but something she believes was written in her destiny.
Speaking in a recent interview, Noor said the two eventually grew close again, possibly because their feelings for each other had not completely faded.
She explained that they also share a daughter, who played a role in bringing them closer. According to Noor, after she stepped away from the showbiz industry, circumstances changed and the couple eventually decided to reunite.
Noor said she is now living a happy life with Aun and their four children.
Reflecting on the difficult experiences she has faced, including four divorces and several personal ups and downs, Noor said she learned that Allah never truly leaves a person alone.
She added that instead of remaining trapped in the past, she tries to move forward and focus on her present life.
Noor also shared her view that when circumstances allow, divorced couples should consider reconciliation, particularly when children are involved. She said a stepfather cannot replace a child’s biological father and that rebuilding a relationship with an ex-husband may sometimes be worth considering.
